Our most commonly asked questions
The cut off for orders is 12 pm noon the day before you want your delivery. This gives us the required time to prepare your order.
We highly recommend you are home for you to receive your fresh produce and put it straight in the fridge. However, we understand that can’t always be the case. We request that you leave an esky outside with ice blocks in it to keep your food fresh.
Yes, we do. We take final orders for click and collect at 5 pm the day before. M&A Butchery also offers a contactless drive-through service at our site. We will take your payment over the phone or online. Once you arrive please call and we can take it straight to your car.
Our fresh produce is packaged in cardboard boxes. We then deliver the produce in our refrigerated delivery van.
We highly recommend you are home for you to receive your fresh produce and put it straight in the fridge. However, we understand that can’t always be the case. We will leave the produce in an authorised refrigerated meat box, but you will be required to indicate in your order that you won’t be home and that you take full responsibility for the box to be left there. On an extremely hot day, we suggest you leave an esky/icebox filled with ice so we can pack your order in.
Yes, but this will depend highly on accessibility. Please call us to discuss and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are not there it will be delivered to the first point of contact, usually reception.
